Straight answers for DSP owners.
The fourteen questions owners ask before they switch Amazon DSP software. Answer first, detail after. The full FAQ covers the Scorecard, DSB, Netradyne, data and drivers.
Ultimate DSP is Amazon DSP software that runs the whole DSP operation in one system. It has nine portals: Dispatch, Inbox, Fleet, General, Scorecard, Scheduling, Surveys, Financial Management and Admin Portal, plus Ultimate DA, a free app for drivers. You import Amazon’s route, package and driver performance files instead of retyping them, and every portal works from the same driver records. It is built by an Amazon DSP that has run routes since 2017 and is not affiliated with Amazon.
Because it catches the money a DSP usually finds too late. Profit Projection shows each day’s profit, projected first and actual once that day’s payroll export is imported. Invoice Validation checks Amazon’s weekly invoice against the week you ran and drafts a dispute with the dollars owed. Schedule checks every driver’s scheduled hours against a cap before you share the week. And coaching arrives as a video and a quiz, with overdue coaching keeping a driver off the schedule until they acknowledge it.
The one that fixes the number hurting you most. For the Scorecard, look for coaching that ends in a driver acknowledgment and keeps drivers with overdue coaching off the schedule. For money, look for a check of Amazon’s weekly invoice, a daily profit figure and profit per van. Reviewed in September 2026, the public sites of Hera and dspworkplace do not list invoice validation, a daily profit projection or profit per van. Ultimate DSP has all three, and the Compare page goes job by job.
They are two different things. Fantastic+ is the top overall tier on Amazon’s weekly Scorecard, and High Performing DSP is a separate status Amazon gives. Ultimate DSP works on the driver behavior Amazon measures. Import your Netradyne, DSB, CDF and DVIC files, and each mistake scores against your own standards and assigns that standard’s coaching module: a video, a quiz and an acknowledgment. Overdue coaching keeps a driver off Schedule and Auto Schedule until they acknowledge it, and Overview shows which category loses the most points.
By showing where the money goes while you can still act. Profit Projection shows each day’s revenue, cost, profit and margin, costed with each person’s own pay rate. Invoice Validation checks the routes, rescues, training and packages on Amazon’s weekly invoice against the week you ran. Fleet Financials shows each van’s net profit per month: the Amazon money you assign to it, minus lease, insurance and the repairs you paid. And Schedule turns amber when a driver nears the hours cap, before a fifth long day becomes overtime.
$1 per active driver per month, or $0.75 per driver per month billed yearly. It includes all nine portals, the Ultimate DA driver app, unlimited office users, Amazon file imports, Paycom and ADP punch intake, one DSP phone line with a dialer and invoice validation. No setup fee, no contract, and 45 days free with no card. Texts and call minutes past the monthly allowance and extra phone lines are billed separately. Hera lists $9 per active driver and dspworkplace from $2.50 per user plus add-ons (September 2026).
It covers the money as well as the day. Reviewed in September 2026, neither Hera nor dspworkplace lists invoice validation, a dispute document, a daily profit projection or profit per van on its public site, and neither lists a shift block for overdue coaching. dspworkplace sells punch integration, maintenance, AI photo inspection and coaching videos as add-ons, while Ultimate DSP includes punch intake, vehicle maintenance records and coaching modules in one price. The Compare page lists every job with a source for each competitor cell.
Yes, for the daily work. Load Out builds the day sheet from Amazon’s route file, assigns vans from each van’s ranked driver list and texts every driver their route, van and wave. Inbox puts every text and call with a driver on one DSP phone number, so managers stop handing out personal numbers. Return to Station counts what came back on each route the same evening, and Schedule exports the week to Paycom or ADP instead of a retyped sheet.
It stops the schedule from going past the hours cap, but it does not calculate overtime pay. Schedule adds up each driver’s scheduled hours, turns amber from 46 hours and refuses a shift that would take a driver over 50. Auto Schedule skips drivers who are at the cap. A fifth 10-hour day still fits within 50 hours, so treat amber as a decision. Worked hours and overtime come from your Paycom or ADP punches.
It checks the weekly invoice so you can claim what is missing. Upload Amazon’s invoice to Invoice Validation and it compares routes by service type and hours, rescues marked paid, training sessions and income, packages and the total against the week in Work Summary and the rate in force on Rate Cards. Each mismatch shows the dollars at stake, and Draft the dispute writes the claim with what was expected, what was billed and the dollars owed. You file it in Amazon’s portal and record the outcome.
Yes, through file imports and one punch connection. Dispatch imports Amazon’s roster, routes, staging, itinerary, closing and weekly Work Summary files. Scorecard imports Netradyne, DSB, CDF and DVIC files, each mapped once and saved as a preset, in CSV or XLSX. Punches arrive through a Paycom or ADP connection in Admin Portal, and Schedule exports the week for Paycom, ADP or a generic CSV or XLSX file. There is no live feed from Amazon: every Amazon source is a file you upload.
The day sheet comes first, because it needs the least. Add your service types, drivers and vans, save your import presets and connect a DSP phone line, then import today’s route file. Coaching needs your standards, a video and a quiz for each one, and your drivers invited to Ultimate DA. Auto Schedule needs shift templates, weekly availability and last week’s schedule. There is no setup fee and no contract, so you can start with one portal and add the rest.
Accept the invite and finish their coaching. Each driver gets a text from the DSP number, installs Ultimate DA, creates an account with the email on their record and verifies it. The app is free for every driver and invite-only, so nobody outside your DSP can join. In the app they see their own score and events, watch each coaching video, pass the quiz and acknowledge it, and answer any surveys you send.
The trial costs nothing: 45 days free with no card, no setup fee and no contract, and every portal is open while you try it on your own files. After that, monthly plans can be stopped any time and end at the close of the paid month. Export what you need before you leave, because after cancellation your data is deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to hold it.
