No. Every portal is included in the price, but you can start with the ones you need and add the rest later. Some portals feed others: Invoice Validation reads Work Summary and Rate Cards, Profit Projection needs a payroll import, Auto Schedule reads availability and coaching, and coaching needs your standards, modules and drivers on Ultimate DA. Each office role also sees a fixed set of portals, so dispatchers never see the money pages and Finance never sees the dispatch board.

It depends on how much of your data you bring in, and there is no setup fee. A working day sheet needs your service types, driver list, vans and a saved route import. Coaching needs a standard and a module for each kind of mistake. Auto Schedule needs shift templates and each driver’s weekly availability, plus last week’s schedule so rolling hours start right. Invoice checks need a locked payroll calendar and your rate cards.

It can, and it adds the money side they do not list. Reviewed in September 2026, neither Hera’s nor dspworkplace’s public site lists invoice validation, a dispute document, a daily profit projection or profit per van. Some jobs overlap: Hera lists a schedule builder, Scorecard file imports and one company number, for example. The Compare page goes job by job with a source for every competitor cell, and your driver list comes across with the DA Roster import.

No. Office users work in the Ultimate DSP web portal, and drivers use the Ultimate DA app on iOS or Android. There is no separate manager app to install or pay for. Drivers never log in to the portal, and office users never need the driver app. The portal is built for a desktop or laptop screen, and many pages also adjust to a tablet.

It is Amazon’s weekly Delivery Excellence Scorecard for each DSP. It rates driving safety, delivery behaviors (DSB), customer delivery feedback (CDF), photo and delivery quality, and fleet items, and rolls them into an overall standing tier with Fantastic+ at the top. Higher tiers can earn incentive payments, which Amazon pays on a separate incentive invoice. Ultimate DSP scores the same kinds of events every day from your imports, so a mistake made today can be coached today instead of after the weekly Scorecard lands.

Fantastic+ is the top overall standing tier on Amazon’s weekly Scorecard. It matters because higher tiers can earn more incentive money, which Amazon pays on a separate incentive invoice. It is not the same as High Performing DSP, which is a separate status Amazon gives. Ultimate DSP helps with Fantastic+ by coaching each mistake as soon as its file is imported and by keeping drivers with overdue coaching off the schedule until they acknowledge it.

DSB, short for Delivery Success Behaviors, is the Scorecard metric for delivery habits that can lead to concessions, such as delivering to the wrong spot, a wrong scan or a package scanned but not delivered. In Ultimate DSP the DSB import comes with standards already mapped, such as Simultaneous Deliveries, Incorrect Scan, No POD on Delivery and Scanned but Not Delivered. Their points are defaults you can change, and each standard can assign its own coaching module.

Netradyne is the in-van camera system behind most of Amazon’s on-road safety signals, and a Netradyne event is one alert it records, such as speeding, no seatbelt, following too close, a missed stop sign or distracted driving. Ultimate DSP imports the Netradyne export through the Safety preset, keeps valid events only and scores each one against your Seatbelt, Speeding, Sign and Signal, Distractions or Following Distance standard. Amazon can report an event days later, so each keeps its event date and its reporting date.

Yes. Amazon lets DSPs dispute Scorecard data it got wrong, through its own dispute process and within its deadlines, so check each Scorecard as soon as it is published. Wrong camera events go through the camera provider’s review tool. Ultimate DSP does not file disputes, but it keeps your evidence: each night’s Return to Station files and door counts, Work Summary day records, coaching acknowledgments, and every call and text on the driver’s Inbox timeline.

$1 per active driver per month on the monthly plan, or $0.75 per driver per month on the yearly plan, billed as $9 per driver for the year. Every portal and the Ultimate DA driver app are included, office users are free and unlimited, and there are no paid add-ons. Yes, 45 days free, and you do not need a card to start. Click any Start free trial button to open the sign-up form, and your account starts with one owner login. Every portal is open during the trial, so you can import your own drivers, routes and Amazon files and run real days, not a demo. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first 45 days, so the trial and the refund window are the same length.

No setup fee and no contract. The monthly plan runs month to month: stop any time and it ends at the close of the month you have paid for. The yearly plan is $0.75 per driver per month billed once for the year, and it is non-refundable after the first 45 days. Either way, export the data you want to keep before you cancel, because it is deleted within 90 days after the account ends unless you ask us to hold it.

A driver counts when they are active on your driver list in Ultimate DSP during the billing month, which is a calendar month. Drivers you deactivate, office users such as managers, dispatchers and finance, and Ultimate DA app accounts are not billed. To keep the bill right, deactivate a driver on their General > Associates record the day they leave. Deactivating keeps all of their records, and you can reactivate them if they come back.

From files and connections you control. You upload Amazon’s exports yourself: roster, routes, staging, itineraries, closing files, the weekly Work Summary export, Netradyne, DSB, CDF and DVIC files, and the weekly invoice. Fleet Financials takes your lease, insurance and vehicle payment files. Punches come from a Paycom or ADP connection or a punch file, and pay rates are entered on each driver’s record. Nothing logs in to or scrapes Amazon’s systems, and imports never create a driver, van or service type.

Access follows fixed roles: Owner, Sub Admin, Manager, Operations and Finance for the office, and DA for drivers. Operations is the dispatcher role, with dispatch, drivers, performance, scheduling, fleet, surveys and Inbox, but no money pages and no Admin Portal. Finance gets Financial Management, Fleet Financials and driver records, but no dispatch board, schedule or Scorecard. Managers get operations and money, and drivers see only their own record in Ultimate DA. Roles cannot be customized, so change someone’s role to change their access.

No. Ultimate DSP is independent software made by an Amazon DSP that has run routes since 2017, and it is not affiliated with Amazon or its subsidiaries. It works with the files Amazon gives every DSP, which you upload yourself, and it never logs in to Amazon’s systems. The portal shows your own company name and logo, and your drivers work for your company, not for Amazon.

Drivers see only their own information in the Ultimate DA app: their score by category and its trend, their own events, the coaching they owe with its due date, any surveys you send, kudos from managers and the company video library. They acknowledge coaching in the app and keep a copy of everything they acknowledged. They do not see shifts, pay rates, timecards or other drivers.

Yes, one free app. When you invite a driver from their record in General, they get a text with a link to Ultimate DA, the iOS and Android driver app. If the app is not installed, the link opens the app store first; after installing, they tap the same link again, create an account with the email on their record and verify it. Driver app accounts are never billed, however many drivers you invite.

Yes, once it is overdue. Coaching created from an event always blocks when it goes overdue, and coaching a manager assigns by hand blocks when Blocks Shift When Overdue is on, which is the default. A blocked driver shows Blocked, cannot be added on Schedule and is skipped by Auto Schedule until they acknowledge the coaching. The block does not reach Amazon’s roster, so also take a blocked driver off Amazon’s roster and bring in your backup.
